19-year-old man stabbed during altercation in Mackenzie, Larnaca

On the night of April 12, 2026, a 19-year-old man was stabbed during an argument at a music and dance venue in the Mackenzie area of Larnaca. Police were alerted to the incident at approximately 10:00 PM. According to official reports, the victim engaged in a verbal dispute with an unknown man, who subsequently produced a knife and inflicted a wound in the victim's right kidney area. Following the attack, the perpetrator fled the scene. The victim was transported by ambulance to Larnaca General Hospital for medical treatment. Doctors have confirmed that his condition is currently stable and not life-threatening.
