Two separate incidents involving 13-year-olds in serious condition
Two separate incidents involving 13-year-old youths have been reported in Greece and Cyprus. In Aradippou, Cyprus, a 13-year-old suffered a skull fracture, subdural hematoma, and subarachnoid hemorrhage after losing control of an electric scooter on a road towards the Livadia livestock area at approximately 11:50 a.m. The youth was first taken to Larnaca General Hospital and subsequently transferred to the Makarios Hospital in Nicosia, where he is currently in the pediatric intensive care unit. The Aradippou police station is investigating the circumstances of this traffic accident. In a separate event on Good Friday in Syros, Greece, a 13-year-old was hospitalized in serious condition following a viper bite. The child was reportedly walking with family members when he attempted to pick up the snake, which then bit him. An EKAB ambulance transported the child to the Syros hospital for medical treatment. The two cases are distinct events occurring in different countries.
