Berg highlighted that the league is competitive, currently ranked 15th in Europe, just behind Norway at 14th. He emphasized that the team’s defensive and offensive coordination has improved, leading to more goals scored and fewer conceded. Regarding potential participation in the Champions League, Berg stated that he prefers to focus on present daily training rather than future goals. Separately, player Giannis Masouras has returned to action after a one-month injury layoff, appearing as a substitute in the recent victory against Pafos FC. With Alpha Diounkou performing well and Moses Odubajo also available, Berg faces positive selection decisions for the right-back position ahead of the match against AEK.
