Fire at abandoned house in Limassol caused by burning waste

At 01:22 local time, the Cyprus Fire Service responded to a blaze at an abandoned house in Limassol. According to fire service spokesperson Andreas Kettis, the fire originated from waste being burnt inside the building by unknown individuals. The flames quickly spread to the roof, leading to a partial structural collapse. Firefighters deployed two vehicles to the scene to extinguish the fire.
