Teenager stabbed during attempted robbery in Marousi

A 17-year-old male was injured following a stabbing incident in Marousi during the night between Wednesday and Thursday. The incident took place at a small park located at the intersection of Dafni and Anapafseos streets. The victim, who was accompanied by two friends aged 18 and 20, was approached by an unknown assailant. The perpetrator threatened the teenager with a knife in an attempt to steal a chain from his neck. When the victim resisted, the assailant stabbed him in the chest, arms, and legs. Following the attack, the perpetrator fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim was initially transported to the KAT hospital and subsequently transferred to the Red Cross hospital. According to reports, his condition is not considered life-threatening.
