Former Apoel players contribute to club's financial campaign

Former Apoel players Mousa Al-Tamari and Giorgi Kvilitaia have contributed to the club's ongoing financial support campaign as of April 8, 2026. Al-Tamari, currently playing for Rennes, donated 5,000 euros, marking the third-largest individual contribution recorded so far. Giorgi Kvilitaia, who now plays for Metz, contributed 2,500 euros to the initiative. As of 22:00 on April 8, the fundraising platform had accumulated a total of 346,159 euros through 3,151 individual donations. Other notable contributions reported previously include 11,000 euros from the family of the late Ouranios Ioannidis and 10,000 euros from the club's organized fans (Pansyfi) and an anonymous donor. These financial efforts are part of a broader project intended to ensure the survival and infrastructure development of the Nicosia-based club.
