New lawsuit filed against Michael Jackson estate by the Cascio family
Members of the Cascio family, including Dominic, Edward, Aldo, and Marie-Nicole Porte, have filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles against the estate and companies of the late Michael Jackson. The plaintiffs allege that Jackson drugged, raped, and sexually abused them when they were children as young as 7 or 8 years old. The lawsuit is accompanied by previously unseen photographs showing Jackson with Dominic Cascio at age 9, with the plaintiffs claiming these images reflect trauma, fear, and confusion. While the family previously defended the singer, they now state that they were manipulated and misled, citing the 2019 documentary 'Leaving Neverland' as a turning point in their perspective. They further claim that Jackson engaged in brainwashing and forced them to sign misleading documents. Representatives for Michael Jackson’s estate have categorically denied the allegations, characterizing the lawsuit as an attempt at financial exploitation. The plaintiffs noted that a settlement involving millions of dollars occurred in 2020. Jackson died in 2009 at the age of 50, and this legal action occurs nearly 17 years after his death.
