Ciara Economopoulos to represent Cyprus at 17th Sanremo Junior

Fifteen-year-old singer Ciara Economopoulos, known professionally as Ciarae, will represent Cyprus at the 17th Sanremo Junior World Finals in Italy. The event is scheduled to take place from April 14 to April 19, 2026, at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo. Sanremo Junior is an international platform for performers aged 6 to 15, organized by the Kismet organization under the patronage of the City of Sanremo. Participants have the opportunity to perform live on stage, often accompanied by an orchestra. Economopoulos has prior stage experience, having served as a dancer for the Cypriot entry at the 2024 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Beyond her competition participation, she is trained in singing, dancing, and acting. Following the competition, the artist plans to release her debut single in May 2026.
