Kourion municipality announces Easter event schedule

The Municipality of Kourion has organized a series of Easter celebrations scheduled for Easter Monday, April 13, and Easter Tuesday, April 14, 2026. The festivities include the Saint Raphael festival and the traditional Resi festival. Events will take place across several municipal districts including Kantou, Ypsonas, Erimi, Sotira, Trachoni, Episkopi, Akrotiri, Asomatos, and Kolossi. The program features traditional games, Easter customs, musical performances, and dancing. Children's activities such as an egg hunt and various competitions are planned alongside football matches. Traditional food offerings will include loukoumades, resi, and flaounas. Residents are invited to participate in these community activities held in their respective districts.
