Deceased woman discovered in abandoned building in Limassol

A deceased woman was found in an abandoned building in the Agia Triada area of Limassol around midday on Holy Monday. Police arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area to conduct investigations. Preliminary examinations indicated that the woman did not have any external injuries. Reports regarding her age and status vary; some sources identify her as a 36-year-old woman with health issues, while others describe her as a 38-year-old unemployed and homeless individual. Authorities are investigating the circumstances, including a possible connection to drug use. The Limassol Criminal Investigation Department (TAE) is currently collecting CCTV footage from the surrounding area to establish her last known movements. An autopsy is pending to determine the official cause of death.
