Greek gymnast Lefteris Petrounias secured the gold medal in the rings final at the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup held in Cairo. Petrounias performed third in the sequence, finishing with a score of 14.366 points. Armenian athlete Avetisyan claimed the silver medal with a score of 14.300, while Chinese gymnast Liu took bronze with 13.866 points. Other finalists included Davtyan from Armenia (13.833), Abdelkader from Egypt (13.800), Alvarez from Chile (13.400), and Jimenez from Spain (13.066). The victory confirms the athlete's current form as he continues his competitive season. His performance was monitored by his family, including his wife Vasiliki Millousi, who documented the event. This achievement adds another gold to the Greek athlete's professional collection.
