Cyprus Land Development Corporation signs contract for Alexandra residential project

The Cyprus Land Development Corporation (Koag) has signed a construction agreement with B.K.V Exelixis General Constructions Ltd for the 'Alexandra' residential project in Lakatamia. Located on Akropoleos Street, the development consists of a three-storey building featuring 18 two-bedroom apartments. Key amenities include covered parking, storage spaces on the ground floor, and infrastructure accessible to people with disabilities. The project emphasizes energy efficiency, including a photovoltaic system and an 'A' energy rating, supported by thermal insulation. Large verandas and proximity to public green spaces are highlighted as core architectural features. The initiative aims to provide affordable and high-quality housing to meet increasing local demand. The building will also incorporate video intercom systems and modern security standards.
