Cyprus Land Development Corporation signs contract for Alexandra residential project

The Cyprus Land Development Corporation (K.O.A.G.) has signed a contract with B.K.V. Exelixis General Constructions Ltd for the construction of the Alexandra residential project in Lakatamia. Located on Akropoleos Street, the development will consist of a three-story building housing 18 two-bedroom apartments. The project is designed to provide affordable, high-quality housing with features such as spacious interiors, natural lighting, and large verandas. Amenities include a covered pilotis area for parking and storage, alongside infrastructure designed for accessibility for people with disabilities. The building is designed to reach energy class A, incorporating photovoltaic systems, thermal insulation for windows, and an external thermal facade to reduce energy consumption. Additionally, the project is situated adjacent to a public green space and features modern security systems like video intercoms. Construction follows current functional and safety standards.
