Neapolis University Paphos hosts the 5th Doctoral Colloquium of Cypriot universities

The 5th Doctoral Colloquium organized by the Council of Rectors of Cypriot Universities took place at Neapolis University Paphos. The event showcased original research conducted across institutions in the Republic of Cyprus. The Rector of Neapolis University, Pantelis Sklias, stated that the initiative reinforces Cyprus as a destination for quality higher education and academic research. Vice Rector for Research and Innovation, Savvas Chatzichristofis, noted that the event reflects the progress made in the local university sector over the last 37 years. The colloquium was attended by dozens of doctoral candidates and academics who presented their ongoing research. The gathering aims to highlight the contributions of a new generation of researchers. Officials emphasized that domestic university development has successfully facilitated the repatriation of Cypriot scientists and the training of high-level researchers for the global market.
