Results of the 37th Pan-Cyprian School Theater Games

The 37th Pan-Cyprian School Theater Games concluded with the participation of 54 schools from across Cyprus, organized by the Theater Organization of Cyprus (THOC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth. The expert evaluation committees commended the high quality of performances and the artistic maturity displayed by the students. Among the Nicosia district winners, the Agios Vasileios Gymnasium received first prize for their performance of 'Kai eseis gia to giatro?' and the Archbishop Makarios III Lyceum of Dasoupoli took first prize for Moliere's 'The Bourgeois Gentleman'. Other awarded schools include the Regional Gymnasium of Agia Varvara, Geri Gymnasium 'Iona kai Kolokasi', The English School Nicosia, and Latsia Lyceum. Additionally, the Panagia Theoskepasti Gymnasium in Paphos was announced as the first-prize winner within its respective district for the play 'Brainstorm'. Award ceremonies are scheduled to take place on May 5 and 6, 2026, at the Evis Gavriilidis Stage of THOC. Further details regarding the ceremonies are expected to be announced at a later date.
