Cyprus land development corporation announces Adonis III housing project

The Cyprus Land Development Corporation (KOAG) signed a contract with A. Aristotelou Construction Ltd on Friday, April 3, 2026, to develop the Adonis III residential project in Polemidia. The project will be constructed on Kantaras Street and will feature 29 semi-detached houses, each with three bedrooms. The architectural design was selected through a competition, emphasizing modern aesthetics, privacy, and functionality. All units will be classified as energy class A, featuring thermal insulation, external thermal facade systems, and integrated photovoltaic systems to reduce energy costs and environmental impact. The development is part of KOAG's affordable housing program, aimed at modern families. Pricing details and the formal application process for interested parties are scheduled to be announced in May. The project also includes secure features such as covered parking and door phone systems to enhance resident safety.
