PASP and Unicars award MVP players of the regular championship season

On April 2, 2026, the Pancyprian Footballers Association (PASP) and Unicars, the official Volkswagen representative in Cyprus, hosted an event in Nicosia to honor the MVP winners of the regular league season. The awards recognized the top players across all 26 matchdays of the first phase. Selection of winners was conducted using the SportsBase football evaluation index in collaboration with the Institute of Sports Analysis (INSA). Key figures from Unicars, including Chrysi Nikolaou, Polys Polydorou, and Savvas Pavlou, attended alongside PASP executives Spyros Neofytidis and Vangelis Kyriakou. Unlike the previous season, which saw a different winner for every matchday, this year featured repeated winners. Omonia players were particularly successful, securing 11 out of the 26 total awards. Willy Semedo received the MVP title four times, while Giannis Masouras earned it three times.
