Lidl Cyprus has outlined its current employee compensation structure and benefits package for the upcoming Easter period. The company maintains a gross starting salary for full-time employees at 1,220 euros per month. This starting gross pay translates to an hourly wage of 7.41 euros, which increases to 8.10 euros after two years of employment. The total remuneration package includes 14 salaries paid annually and the provision of Easter vouchers.
