The sale includes various types of land, such as orchards, vineyards, and olive groves, with some plots offering road access and basic infrastructure. Interested parties can purchase these properties with discounts of up to 50% off original valuations. The pricing for these plots starts at €100, or approximately €0.20 per square meter. The company notes that these purchases are exempt from VAT. Potential buyers are invited to review listings on the firm's website and filter by district. To be considered, bids must meet or exceed the listed asking price. The deadline for submitting offers is Tuesday, April 7, at 10:00 a.m. The campaign is marketed toward both private individuals and professional investors interested in agriculture or renewable energy projects.
