Cyprus Stock Exchange extends suspension of four listed companies
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced the continued suspension of trading for four listed companies following a directive from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). The companies affected by this decision are Toxotis Investments Public Ltd, A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Dome Investments Public Company Ltd, and Karyes Investments Public Company Ltd. The suspension, which began on March 2, 2026, will remain in effect until the companies meet their outstanding financial reporting obligations. The final deadline for compliance is set for June 30, 2026. Toxotis Investments Public Ltd has failed to provide annual reports for 2023 and 2024, as well as interim reports for the periods ending June 30, 2024, and June 30, 2025. The other three companies—A. Tsokkos Hotels, Dome Investments, and Karyes Investments—have failed to publish their annual financial reports for 2024 and interim reports for the period ending June 30, 2025. This regulatory measure was taken to protect investors by ensuring transparent access to financial data. Failure to comply by the specified deadline may lead to further regulatory action.
