Police intercept tobacco smugglers and arrest driver following pursuit

In a separate, unrelated incident occurring in Paphos, police arrested a 20-year-old man following a series of traffic offenses and a separate pursuit. The Paphos incident involved a vehicle without registration plates that fled from police, leading to the arrest of an 18-year-old passenger before the 20-year-old driver was later apprehended after crashing his car.
