Eurovision 2026 preparations and betting odds update
The 70th Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to take place in Vienna, Austria, in May 2026, featuring 38 participating countries. The semi-finals will be held on May 12 and 14, followed by the grand final on May 16. As of the latest update on March 30, betting markets place Finland, represented by Linda Lampenius and Pete Parkkonen with 'Liekinheitin', at the top of the favorites list. France follows in second place with Monroe and the song 'Regarde!', while Denmark holds the third position. Greece’s entry, 'Ferto' by Akylas, is currently ranked fifth in the betting odds and is set to compete in the first part of the first semi-final on May 12. Cyprus currently holds the 11th position, just outside the top ten rankings. All 38 competing songs have now been finalized for the upcoming competition.
