Imperio Group contributes funds to the Cyprus Land Development Corporation
The Imperio Group has officially provided a financial contribution of approximately 2 million euros to the Cyprus Land Development Corporation (KOAG). This payment is part of the Special Housing Incentive, a public-private partnership aimed at addressing the housing crisis in Cyprus. Ioannis Misirlis, founder and chairman of Imperio, stated that the funds are intended to create opportunities for young people and families to access housing. CEO Nikolas Agiomamitis emphasized that the contribution is a strategic choice meant to increase the supply of affordable homes. The chairman of KOAG, Thiseas Ioannou, accepted the payment and confirmed that the funds will be allocated toward the organization's strategy for affordable housing development. The initiative highlights a collaborative approach between the private development sector and state-run housing agencies. Both parties expressed that this measure serves as a mechanism to produce measurable results in the real estate market. The project focuses on mitigating the social and economic impact of housing shortages.
