OELMEK demands revision of teacher evaluation criteria and supports indefinite-term contract protection

Simultaneously, OELMEK has declared its support for a legislative proposal scheduled for a vote in the Plenary on April 2, 2026. This proposal aims to prohibit the termination of indefinite-term teachers due to redundancy. The union urges all political parties to pass this bill to ensure fairness and stability for these employees.
