Student reports racism and bullying at a school in Limassol

She stated that when she reported the behavior, school authorities advised her to ignore it, leading to ineffective intervention. Additionally, Ejbara alleged that a teacher pressured her not to wear a hijab and expressed prejudice against Muslims. She further recounted instances where classmates questioned the presence of foreign students at school events and objected to her participation in a singing performance. While the student faced these challenges, one of her teachers praised her as an excellent student with critical thinking skills. The allegations highlight concerns regarding the school's handling of discrimination and social integration.
