AEK Larnaca signs forward Nicolas Andereggen

AEK Larnaca has secured the signing of 26-year-old Argentine forward Nicolas Andereggen. The agreement was reached following a recommendation from Xavi Roca before his departure from the club. Andereggen, currently playing for Ethnikos Achnas, will join AEK on June 1, 2026, as a free agent since his contract expires in May. The player has recorded 11 league goals and one cup goal in 26 appearances during the current season. AEK opted not to purchase the player in January, choosing instead to wait for the contract expiry. This decision leaves AEK with only Riad Bajic as an available center forward for the remainder of the playoff season, following the departure of Karol Angielski and a serious injury to Enzo Cabrera. While media outlets claim the deal was solidified in January, the transfer officially activates this summer.
