Levadiakos extends Triantafyllos Tsapras contract amid Panathinaikos transfer rumors

Levadiakos has officially extended the contract of 24-year-old right-back Triantafyllos Tsapras until 2030. This development comes amid widespread media speculation linking the player to a potential transfer to Panathinaikos, where the team is reportedly looking for reinforcements at the right-back position due to the expiring contract of Giannis Kotsiras. Despite reports suggesting advanced negotiations between Panathinaikos and the player, club management denies any final agreement has been reached. Critics argue that the contract extension is a tactical move by Levadiakos owner Giannis Kompotis to secure a higher transfer fee, similar to previous player sales. Tsapras has had a strong season, recording one goal and nine assists in 26 league appearances for Levadiakos.
