Sabbianco Anorthosis strengthens lead in Allwyn Men's Handball league

Sabbianco Anorthosis secured a 30-29 victory against Parnassos during the 5th round of the second phase of the Allwyn Men's Handball league. The halftime score of the match, held at the Kyriakos Pissis stadium, was 16-13. With this result, Anorthosis confirmed its position as the leader of the second phase. ALS Omonia 29 secured third place after defeating the European University 24-20, with the latter finishing fourth. In the upcoming semifinals, which require four wins for qualification, Anorthosis will face the European University, while Parnassos will compete against ALS Omonia 29. Teams carry their previous victories into the following stages of the championship. The final champion will be determined by a series requiring five victories.
