Cyprus Foreign Minister warns of regional instability and urges caution

Cypriot Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos has warned that the ongoing regional crisis is highly dangerous and carries significant implications for the European Union. Minister Kombos stressed the necessity for active European Union diplomatic engagement and internal coordination to manage the crisis. Regarding the role of the Republic of Cyprus, he stated that the government is undertaking all appropriate measures, citing his recent diplomatic visits to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates as part of these efforts. Consequently, the Minister has strongly advised citizens to strictly adhere to existing travel advisories.
