Mercedes-Benz launches marketing campaign for the new GLC model
Mercedes-Benz has introduced a new promotional campaign for the electric version of its GLC SUV, featuring Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 driver Kimi Antonelli. The campaign, titled 'Welcome home', shifts the focus from technical specifications to user experience. In the promotional film, Antonelli appears with his father, highlighting the cabin comfort and driving tranquility of the vehicle. The marketing material emphasizes several features of the new GLC, including the SKY CONTROL panoramic roof and massage-enabled seats. Additional technology highlighted includes a blind-spot assist system and the MBUX Virtual Assistant. The campaign aims to position the electric GLC as a continuation of the brand's best-selling SUV series. The project replaces traditional product-centric advertising with a narrative focused on emotional connection and daily usability.
