Overview of upcoming cultural events in Cyprus

The Department of Contemporary Culture in Nicosia is hosting a two-day seminar on March 27-28 honoring researcher Alexis Ziras, including the presentation of his book on Cypriot poetry. Kapopoulos Fine Arts is organizing a group exhibition featuring over 100 works at the Amara Hotel in Limassol until March 29. Nicosia venues will host Kakia Katselli’s exhibition 'Ballon d' Essai' at Phytorio and Art Seen's 'Decennial' book presentation on March 27. The play 'Angeliki Nikli Solomou, the Transparent' by Periklis Moscholidakis, directed by Marina Vronti, premieres in Nicosia on March 26 with additional dates through April 18. Additionally, the Alpha Square performance of 'Freud’s Last Session' will be presented at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre foyer on March 26-27 as part of the 2026 EU Presidency cultural program. Rena’s 'Thalasso-psychismoi' exhibition is also scheduled at Apokalypsi gallery in Nicosia.
