Overview of cultural events across Cyprus for late March and April 2026
Cyprus hosts a wide array of cultural activities in the coming weeks. The Cyprus Symphony Orchestra will perform John Rutter’s 'Requiem' at Rialto Theatre in Limassol on March 31, followed by a performance at Strovolos Municipal Theatre on April 3. A tribute concert for composer Dimitris Lagios is scheduled for April 6 at Pattihio Theatre, Limassol. The 'Classical Masterpieces' series featuring Anna Avramidou and Savvas Christodoulou begins March 31 in Ypsonas, with subsequent dates in Nicosia on April 4 and Paphos on April 15. Theatres across the island will showcase various productions including 'Boeing Boeing' at Theatre Ena, 'Angelika Nikli Solomou, i Diafani' at Theatre Dentro, and Giorgos Tsiakkas's comedy 'Edo Leme SOS' at Markideio Theatre. Additionally, Paphos will celebrate International Children’s Book Day on April 2 at Attikon, and several art exhibitions, including 'Thalasso-psychismi' by Rena Artemiou and 'The Man Who Carries Holes' by Rinos Stefanis, are ongoing in Nicosia.
