Scientific congress on health and longevity held in Limassol
The Mediterranean Hotel in Limassol is hosting the 'Secrets of Health and Longevity' scientific and practical congress from November 16 to 22. The event is organized by the International Association of Health Practice Specialists (MASOP) in collaboration with the International Academy of Yoga Therapy, the Russian branch of the International Su Jok Association, and the 'Vestnik Kipra' group. The program features a variety of theoretical and practical sessions covering yoga therapy, Ayurveda, Su Jok therapy, oriental medicine, psychology, and visceral therapy. From November 19 to 21, the hotel will host specific workshops for adults and children, including the 'Wake Up for Life' and 'Kids Yoga' programs. Dr. Hanna Zhukova, president of MASOP and a professor of medical sciences, is scheduled to lead the 'Wake Up for Life' seminar. The sessions focus on spinal health maintenance through accessible exercises and techniques. Dr. Zhukova will also demonstrate a foot massage technique designed for treating muscle tension. The congress is aimed at both professionals and general enthusiasts of healthy lifestyle practices.
