Cyprus is currently under the influence of low pressure, with conditions expected to remain unsettled through the weekend. On March 29 and 30, meteorologists forecast cloudy skies with local rain and isolated thunderstorms, particularly in northern and western regions and mountain areas. Snow or sleet is expected at the higher peaks of Troodos, where frost may form at night. Atmospheric dust is present, though it is expected to gradually subside by mid-day Sunday. Temperatures will generally range between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius in lowland areas and near zero to 10 degrees Celsius in the mountains.
