The meeting took place yesterday afternoon following local reactions to recent government announcements. During the session, Minister Fytiris provided updates on the project's current status and addressed questions from council members. Community leader Kyriakos Tsatsos stated that while the area might be suitable for such a project, the community has not yet taken a final position. The council is waiting for the presentation of design drafts and environmental impact assessments before deciding on future steps.
