Conflicting NOTAMs issued regarding air traffic control in Cyprus

Authorities in the north stated that the Republic of Cyprus notice is invalid and void. They maintain that the TRNC is the sole authority for air traffic services and aeronautical information within its own declared airspace. This move highlights ongoing tensions regarding jurisdictional control of the airspace surrounding the island.
