Vima Art Fair 2026 announces The Waves Crashing project

Vima Art Fair 2026 is scheduled to take place in Limassol from May 14 to 17, 2026. Ahead of the event, the fair is hosting a public artist talk titled The Waves Crashing on March 18 at WAGMI Garden in Limassol. The session will be moderated by curator Kostas Stasinopoulos, who currently serves as the director of exhibitions and programmes at Kyklos and previously held a curatorial role at the Serpentine gallery in London. The exhibition project, titled The Waves Crashing, explores themes of movement and rhythm through a group exhibition and a live programme. The programme features contributions from artists Stelios Kallinikou and Christos Kyriakides, with further participants to be announced later. The live events will encompass film screenings, performances, discussions, and DJ sets. Registration is required for the March 18 talk, which will be conducted in English and is free to the public.
