Staff recruitment for the 2026 parliamentary elections

The Ministry of Interior of Cyprus has announced the opening of applications for staffing polling stations for the parliamentary elections scheduled for May 24, 2026. Interested candidates, including public servants, unemployed graduates, and employees from the public and private sectors, can submit their applications starting March 16, 2026. The deadline for submission is set for midnight on Monday, April 6, 2026. All applications must be processed exclusively through the official government portal at aps.elections.moi.gov.cy. In accordance with previous election protocols, priority will be given to unemployed graduates registered with the Department of Labor under the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance. No other methods of application submission are permitted by the ministry. This initiative is aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of polling centers across the country during the upcoming legislative vote.
