Sylvain Francisco's potential transfer to Greek clubs

Zalgiris Kaunas guard Sylvain Francisco has officially confirmed interest from both Olympiacos and Panathinaikos regarding a potential transfer for the upcoming season. As of March 14, 2026, the French player is represented by agent Nikos Spanos, who also manages several other prominent basketball figures. Francisco’s current contract with Zalgiris is set to expire this summer, and while a departure is considered likely, the player has not ruled out the possibility of remaining in Lithuania. Beyond the Greek teams, Francisco noted that other European clubs have also expressed interest in his services, while a transition to the NBA remains an alternative possibility.
