Enosis Neon Paralimni FC celebrates its 90th anniversary

Enosis Neon Paralimni FC marked its 90th anniversary with a gala dinner attended by the President of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, and the President of the Cyprus Football Association (CFA), Charis Loizides. During the event, President Christodoulides announced a government donation of 30,000 euros to the club, while the CFA also contributed 5,000 euros. The President used the occasion to highlight the importance of investing in youth academies and increasing the number of local players in Cypriot football. He also discussed ongoing sports infrastructure projects in the Paralimni district, including upgrades to the Tasos Markou stadium and the development of new athletic facilities. Club president Kostas Stratis received the donation, and the club presented the President of the Republic with a commemorative Swiss-made watch. The event focused on the history and contributions of the club to the Cypriot sports landscape. The club, which is currently ranked 14th in the Cypriot first division, continues its efforts to strengthen its local talent base.
