Construction of Londa Residences in Limassol nears completion

The Londa Residences project, a high-end residential development replacing the former Londa Hotel, is currently under construction in Limassol, Cyprus. The project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2026. Developers describe it as the only residential project currently available for sale on the immediate Limassol seafront. Exterior work, including the installation of aluminum cladding and thermal insulation systems, is reported as finished. Internal construction is in an advanced stage, with mechanical and electrical installations, as well as kitchen and cabinet fittings, nearing completion. The building is designed to serve as a high-specification luxury residential complex. Work is proceeding at an intensive pace as the structure enters its final phase. The site is currently being prepared to accommodate the first residents by the set deadline.
