Minthis Golf Club receives third consecutive GEO certification

Minthis Golf Club, located in the Paphos region of Cyprus, has been awarded GEO Certified status for the third consecutive time. This accreditation is granted by the Golf Environment Organisation (GEO) based on international standards for sustainability, nature conservation, resource efficiency, and community engagement. Minthis remains the first and currently only golf course in Cyprus to achieve this certification three times. The facility is situated within a Natura 2000 protected area, necessitating strict adherence to environmental regulations. Key operational practices include the use of native planting to protect biodiversity and the ongoing reduction of energy and chemical inputs.
