Dikefalos Geriou wins the Allwyn B1 Women's Volleyball Championship

Dikefalos Geriou secured the Allwyn B1 Women's Volleyball Championship title on Wednesday, March 11, after defeating APOK with a 3-0 set score (25-13, 25-14, 25-22). This marks the team's second championship title in its history, concluding the season with 55 points and 19 wins out of 20 matches. Following this victory, the team earned promotion to the Allwyn A Category for the 2026-2027 season. Omonia finished in second place with 52 points after defeating Dias Empas 3-1 at the Lefkotheo arena. In other matches, Panidaliakos defeated Ethnikos Latsion 3-1 in a classification match for positions 5-8. The loss resulted in Ethnikos Latsion's relegation to the B2 Category. The championship trophy and commemorative medals were presented to the winners by the president of the Cyprus Volleyball Federation, Dr. Kostas Konstantinou.
