Limassol port operations continue normally amid regional tensions

On Wednesday, the President of the Limassol EOA, Yiannis Tsouloftas, visited the DP World Limassol facilities. During his visit, he met with DP World Limassol CEO Simon Pitout and Public Relations Manager Doros Aresti. The purpose of the meeting was to assess the impact of current regional instability on maritime activities. Tsouloftas officially confirmed that all port operations remain fully functional and are continuing without disruption. Furthermore, the port is reported to be fully staffed for all commercial and shipping tasks. He stated that maritime trade routes serving Cyprus are operating according to their established schedules without any issues. The EOA expressed appreciation for the support provided by European partners. The organization reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the safety and efficiency of all maritime activities in the country.
