CIES Football Observatory reports on highest transfer values in Cyprus League

The CIES Football Observatory, a research center based in Switzerland, has published a list of the most valuable players in the Cyprus League by Stoiximan, excluding loaned athletes. Haralampos Haralampous of Aris holds the top position with an estimated transfer value between 2.7 and 3.1 million euros. Following him in the rankings is Vlad Dragomir of Pafos with a value of 2.2 to 2.6 million euros. Angelos Neofytou from Omonia occupies the third spot, valued at 1.9 to 2.3 million euros. The fourth position is held by Chacon of AEK, with an estimated value of 1.8 to 2.1 million euros. Rounding out the top five is Rosa of APOEL, whose value is estimated between 1.1 and 1.2 million euros. The research analyzed players across 70 leagues worldwide. The report was officially released on March 11, 2026.
