Middle East conflict casualty reports as of March 11
Since the outbreak of hostilities on February 28 between the United States, Israel, and Iran, varying casualty counts have been reported across the Middle East. Iran reports between 1,230 and 1,332 civilian deaths, with an additional 104 sailors killed on March 4 following the sinking of an Iranian warship. In Lebanon, health authorities report between 486 and 594 deaths, including dozens of children. Iraq has documented approximately 15 to 16 deaths, including a commander of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq killed on March 5. Israeli sources state that 10 to 12 people have been killed, with nearly 2,000 injured since the campaign began. Additional casualties have been reported in the Gulf, including six U.S. soldiers killed in Kuwait, as well as deaths among Kuwaiti, Emirati, and Bahraini personnel due to ongoing missile strikes. Due to the nature of the conflict, these figures remain unverified and contradictory across different sources.
