Panathinaikos squad update for Levadiakos match
Panathinaikos players Sverrir Ingason and Renato Sanches have been excluded from the squad for Sunday's match against Levadiakos. Both players underwent medical examinations following their substitution in the recent 4-1 victory over OFI. The examinations did not reveal any serious concerns, confirming they are healthy. Head coach Rafael Benitez opted to leave them out of the squad to ensure their recovery and fitness ahead of the upcoming match against Real Betis on March 12 at the OAKA stadium. The traveling squad for the Levadiakos match consists of 23 players: Chaves, Lafont, Kotis, Calabria, Katris, Tuba, Jedvaj, Hernandez, Kyriakopoulos, Zaroury, Antino, Bakasetas, Cerin, Sissoko, Kontouris, Taborda, Pantelidis, Pellistri, Djuricic, Jagusic, Tetteh, Sporar, and Padovic. These decisions are precautionary measures to manage player workload for the UEFA competition.
