Referee appointments announced for Olympiacos vs Ethnikos Achnas match

On March 6, 2026, the Cyprus Football Association announced the officiating team for the 25th matchday encounter between Olympiacos Nicosia and Ethnikos Achnas. The match is scheduled to take place at the GSP Stadium. Olympiacos had previously submitted an official request to the Referees Committee for the appointment of foreign referees for both the field and the VAR booth. Antonio Damato, head of the Referees Committee, granted the request only partially. Consequently, Konstantinos Fellas has been appointed as the on-field referee, while Austrian Christian-Petru Ciochirca will serve as the VAR. The supporting staff includes assistant referees Evagoras Evagorou and Michalis Metaxas, fourth official Kyriakos Athanasiou, and assistant VAR Andreas Tehrany.
