Olympiacos defeats Panathinaikos 86-80 in Euroleague derby
Olympiacos secured an 86-80 victory against Panathinaikos during the 30th round of the Euroleague at the Peace and Friendship Stadium. Despite the absence of key players such as Sasha Vezenkov, Thomas Walkup, and Monte Morris, the hosts established an early 17-point lead. Panathinaikos mounted a comeback in the second half but failed to overtake the hosts. Tyler Dorsey led Olympiacos with 13 points, while Nikola Milutinov added 12 points and 3 rebounds. Kendrick Nunn scored 20 points for Panathinaikos, which dropped to a 16-14 record. Olympiacos improved its standing to 19-10, strengthening its bid for home-court advantage in the playoffs. Following the match, Panathinaikos owner Dimitris Giannakopoulos affirmed his support for the team despite the loss.
