Apartments absorbed eight in ten new home sales in Cyprus in 2025, driving the market to a total value of €2.5 billion, according to analysis by Landbank Analytics. The data, based on sales documents filed with the Department of Lands and Surveys, shows 7,819 transactions for new homes across Cyprus.
